I have used Blue Host previously and I was not happy with their services. They do have one of the best customer supports with fast responses, but they lack the security within their own servers. When I had Blue Host, their speeds were average compared to other web hosting companies.

The price is relatively high, however for some it’s worth it because they give you $50 ad credits at places like Yahoo and they give you a free domain. When my website was hosted with blue host, it had been hacked twice and the error was not within my own website itself. There is a big problem within the blue host services. They have a case sensitive file system. That means that Contact.php is not the same as contact.php. It may be a small error, but it could go unnoticed and can cause people to get angry over not finding a solution to the problem.

But, there are people who may like their hosting services.

There are many web hosting companies around, but which one is the best? I would have to say that the best web hosting company depends on what you really want. Whether you are looking for good support, speed, or features, every host is different.

In my opinion, the best web hosting company overall is JustHost. When I used their hosting, their speeds were fast and they had a 5-star support. They give a vast amount of bandwidth and disk space. But, the thing I liked most about their service is that even though it was cheap, they still had all the features you need to easily create or develop a website. The best part about Just Host is that they always have great deals going on and when you first sign up for hosting with them, you get a free domain.

InMotion is a very reliable web hosting solution as well. They have the best support I have used from any web hosting company. Their prices are a bit larger than JustHost, but they do have many of the same features. Their server speeds are very good most of the time and the servers have a 99% up time. So, you never have to worry about your website being down due to server issues.

Host gator is one of the most popular and very prominent hosting providers, but their speeds aren’t as good as you think. I have used host gator previously and I would like to review host gator for your benefit. Host gator does provide fairly cheap pricing.

Therefore, your speeds will reduce. During my time with host gator, there were times when my websites loading would take longer than usual. This was happening because host gator is getting more popular every day, so there are more hosting accounts being placed on a single server which causes the CPU load to increase, resulting in a slower loading speed. I personally would rather go for a service with fewer users on a single server or purchase a reseller account if you can afford it. Host gator may not have the fastest speed, but they do have the best support out of any web hosting company I have been with. Many people may not be remember life without the internet but it was only back in 1990 when web hosting came to life as this was when Tim Berners Lee developed the initial program for the web. Web hosting may seem like a familiar term but before 1991, this term was unheard of, which means so was the internet. Paul Baran invented the Hot Potato network design when he was trying to create a package that would ensure telecommunication data to be passed in the event of a nuclear war.

The progress of the internet continued apace and was benefited by computers being able to communicate with each other. It is fair to say that 1991 is a key year in internet history and although it was already around, its development was going to get much bigger. The National Science Foundation [NSF] played a massive role in this when they judged that there should be a lowering of the commercial limits placed on the web. This changed the internet and brought many new possibilities and advantages. E-commerce developed from this point and the rush of companies looking to be ready for the boom period was signing up in droves. HMTL was also the brainchild of Tim Berner Lee and he used the same technique to create URL, the uniform resource locator.

Of course, as the internet grew, complexities followed but it was offering many new benefits and the business world was not slow in predicting a positive future nor was it slow in cashing in on it.
